Find a profile in your administration system.

Basic search

Click on the magnifying glass in the top right to display the search pane.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Space to open the search pane.

The following fields can be used to search for a profile:

• Profile/member number

• First name

• Surname

• Email

• Company name

Enter your search term/s

A list of possible matches will appear.

The icon outline will change colour depending on the status of the member:

• Green - current active member

• Orange - member pending renewal

• Red - lapsed or inactive member

• Grey - non-member

Select the profile you wish to view from the list.

Smart Filters

Smart filters can be used to include additional search criteria when trying to find a profile.

To use a smart filter, enter the criteria, followed by your search term.

The smart filters available are:

• i: - search for an individual profile

• o: - search for an organisation profile

• a: - search for an active member

• -a: - search for an inactive member

The list of smart filters can also be viewed in the search pane.
