System logs

System logs allow administrators to view the server logs for certain system events. Once enabled, administrators can view payment gateway and Xero integration server logs.

Before you can view any logs, you need to enable access via the Administration Access settings on your profile. On your profile, go to Other > Administration Access.

Go to the AMS tab and select Logs: System Logs then save the changes.

You will need to log out of admin and then back in again for the changes to take effect.

Once enabled, you can view the server logs via AMS > Logs > System Logs.

The server log data is displayed in a table on the right hand side of the screen. The previous 30 days logs will be viewable.
