Profile letters
These allow you to create templates that draw information from a profile and can be used to generate documents in MS Word.

Upload a profile letter template
Click on the gear icon to open the Configuration and Settings menu.
In the menu on the left, click Profiles > Profile Letters.
Click on the Dynamic Fields button to display a list of merge fields that can be used in your Word document.
Once you have added your merge fields in and finalised your document, save it as a Rich Text Format (RTF) file.
Click on the Upload New Letter button.
Click the Choose File button and locate the file on your computer, and click the Upload File button.
Creating a profile letter
Go to the relevant profile, click the Communications button and select Letters.
Select the relevant profile letter template from the list and click the Word (.doc) button.
The Word document with the merged profile data will be saved to your browser's downloads folder.
