Accounting fields

If the Xero integration has not been activated you can use the free text accounting fields to record relevant GL and tracking codes. These fields are included in the Invoice Items export.

The accounting fields appear in all areas where payments may be made.

Export accounting fields

Any information entered into the Accounting Fields is exported with the relevant invoice details from the View Invoices screen.

Use the Export Items report to include the accounting fields in the invoice export.
