Stripe Connect payment gateway

Click on the gear icon to open the Configuration and Settings menu.
From the menu on the left select Finance > Stripe Connect.
You have the option to create a new Stripe account or connect to an existing one, click the relevant button.
You will be prompted to enter an email address to either create a new account or connect to an existing one.
Follow the prompts on the screen to finish setting up your account, once completed you will be returned to Membes and see a confirmation message that your account is connected.

NOTE: Stripe integration does not support 3D Secure authentication

Disabling 3D Secure authentication in stripe portal
To disable 3D Secure authentication in the Stripe portal, you can follow these steps:

Check your settings: Ensure that the 3D Secure authentication is not required for all transactions. You can do this by reviewing the settings in the Stripe dashboard under the payment settings section.
Disable 3D Secure: If you want to disable 3D Secure for all transactions, you can do so in the payment settings. Look for the option to disable 3D Secure and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Contact Stripe Support: If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, you can contact Stripe Support for help with disabling 3D Secure authentication.
Remember, disabling 3D Secure authentication may affect the security and fraud protection of your transactions. It is recommended to only disable it when necessary and to ensure that your payment processing is secure.

IMPORTANT: When you connect to an existing Stripe account, a sub-account will be created within your account and all payments processed through the Membes AMS will appear here.

If you’re using your Stripe account to process payments on another platform, payments for that platform will be processed via a separate sub-account.
