Stripe Connect payment gateway

  1. Click on the gear icon to open the Configuration and Settings menu.

     

  2. From the menu on the left select Finance > Stripe Connect.

  3. You have the option to create a new Stripe account or connect to an existing one, click the relevant button.

     

  4. You will be prompted to enter an email address to either create a new account or connect to an existing one.

     

  5. Follow the prompts on the screen to finish setting up your account, once completed you will be returned to Membes and see a confirmation message that your account is connected.

     

IMPORTANT: When you connect to an existing Stripe account, a sub-account will be created within your account and all payments processed through the Membes AMS will appear here.

If you’re using your Stripe account to process payments on another platform, payments for that platform will be processed via a separate sub-account.
