You will be taken to a new screen to enter your Zoom account details.
Once you sign in, your Zoom account will be connected to Membes.

Deauthorise Membes from your Zoom account
Login in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Membes app.
Click the Membes app and select Uninstall.
Connecting a webinar to an event
First, create the webinar in your Zoom account, instructions on how to do this are available from Zoom support.
IMPORTANT: When creating your webinar Zoom, make sure you do not have any additional registration fields selected or custom questions enabled.
Membes only passes the first name, last name and email address to Zoom and using additional registration fields or custom questions will prevent the registrations from being recorded in Zoom.
Now create your event in the Membes admin.
Complete the event setup as normal. At the bottom of the event setup screen, you will see an option to select the relevant Zoom webinar from a dropdown list.
Enter the Attendance Threshold, this is the number of minutes someone needs to view the webinar to be considered as having attended.
IMPORTANT: If you are running a free event, the Set Registration to Confirmed field must be set to “Always: Even if payment not received at time of registration” as Zoom will not recognise a pending registration.
Managing webinar registrations
When viewing the Manage Registrations screen for a webinar there is an additional column that displays the number of minutes an attendee has viewed the webinar.
If the attendee has met the Attendance Threshold (minutes) set in the event, they will automatically be marked as having attended.
An administrator can then sort registrants via their Attended status to write CPD logs and send attendance certificates.
