Video tutorial: Create CPD cycles and streams
Before you start creating your CPD cycles, you will need to determine whether or not you need to allocate your CPD cycles to different streams.
CPD cycles cannot overlap each other, so streams are used when multiple concurrent cycles are required. The table below illustrates how this can be set up.
2017-20191 January 2017 to 31 December 2019
2018-2020 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2020
2020-20221 January 2020 to 31 December 2022
2021-20231 January 2021 to 31 December 2023
From the menu pane on the left select CPD > Setup > Manage Cycle Streams.
Click the New Stream button
Enter the title and description of the stream and click Save Changes.
A list of the cycles associated with that stream will be displayed underneath the stream details.
Should you need to edit or delete a stream at any point, you can click the Actions button to select these options.
From the menu on the left select CPD > Setup > Manage Cycles.
