Configure renewals process

Depending on whether your memberships are cyclical or anniversary based, the renewals process can be configured in different ways.

Regardless of whether your memberships are cyclical or anniversary based, you have the option send up to six automated renewal notification emails to your members. With direct links to download their renewal invoice and access the online renewal form, your members don’t even need to login to complete their renewal.
