Completing the Membes online training is a critical part in ensuring you have a complete understanding of the platform. Help Desk support is only made available to users who have completed the online training.
You can find information about the online training in the User Guide. Please note, you will need to register and create an account with the online training platform.
Once you’ve complete the online training, email support@membes.com.au so your Help Desk access can be enabled.
