When the new Feature Ideas Board was launched in December last year, allowing Membes users to vote on suggestions submitted by the community, one of the most popular requests was the ability to edit Profile Interactions.

Thanks to your feedback, we’re excited to announce that you can now:

  • When setting up custom interaction types, users can now also setup up to 3 custom fields for each interaction type.

  • Each custom field can be a text field, date or attachment.

  • This allows users to have custom information submitted with each custom interaction type.

  • Users can now edit custom interactions.

  • A change log of edits are also available.
