Manage Registrations export updated to include additional columns

Synchronise invoice status changes from Xero to membes

Export validated addresses

Additional columns have been added to the Profile Data export which shows whether or not the address has been validated. If the geolocation software has validated the address you will see OK in the Home_Validated_Status and/or Work_Validated_Status columns in the export.

Applications pending approval filter

A new filter that allows users to export a list of all membership applications pending approval has been added to the Profile Data export, it can be found on the Others tab.

Profile interactions export

The Profile Interactions export has been updated so both Profile Interactions and Actions can be exported. Users can also now filter by the date an interaction was logged. For more information see the User Guide.

Sitemaps tool

Dashboard widgets

Users can customise the information displayed on the dashboard for each area of area of administration by selecting from a range of widgets. Instructions on how to configure and use the dashboard widgets are available in the User Guide.

Digital membership card

Members can now download a digital membership card via their profile on the website, instructions are available in the User Guide.

Service Desk

The Service Desk functions as a ticketing system, consolidating all member enquiries in a centralised location. This ensures a single source of truth and eliminates worries about flooding a personal inbox with enquiries. You can now provide support even when a staff member is unavailable, enhancing team collaboration.

Within the Membes Service Desk is your own personal AI assistant to help you deliver faster and more accurate ticket responses. You can train your own AI assistant with everything it needs to know about your association. Your members will receive quick, consistent, accurate responses to their questions.

AI tools

Release 24.6

The introduction of AI tools to assist associations in delivering better content to their members.

The new tools available include content generation, which utilises AI to create interesting email subject lines and catchy introductions for events and news items.

You can also improve your SEO by using the AI tools to generate meta tags and descriptions for your website.

Intel reports can now also be analysed using AI. Ask the AI assistant a question about graph on your screen for greater reporting insights.


New Membes Help Desk

The new Help Desk improves accessibility to user support for customers with the ability to view and manage tickets directly in the Support Hub withinf Admin.

Polls & surveys update
