Schedule a go-live date

Now that almost everything is set up, you are ready to schedule a go-live date.

Once you’ve decided on a potential date, submit a ticket to the Help Desk to request your go-live instructions. Make sure you include the following information:

• What date and time you intend to go-live

• Confirm the domain you intend to go live with

Once this information is received by the team, they will schedule it in and send your instructions.

Make sure you’ve communication your plans to any third parties involved in the go-live process.
