When you first login to the Agency tools, you will be presented with a list of membes sites that have been linked to your agency account.

Or you can get to this section any time by clicking on the monitor icon in the mail left navigation

If you need to manage a site that is not included in this list, please email support@membes.com.au requesting that the site be added.

Click on the “Manage” button to manage the site.

Currently this only allows you to change the name of the site in your account. Note that this does not change the actual name of the site. Just the name of your accounts reference to the site

Click on the “Theme” button to manage the “Preview mode” and “Live” themes for this site.

NOTE: you cannot link a theme to a site until you have created a theme. See the section on creating themes.

Once you have selected the theme to apply when in preview mode, click “Set Preview Theme”. This then sets these them as the preview theme.

You can easily view the site in Preview mode by clicking the “Preview” button. This link can also be forwarded to the customer to view a theme in preview mode before publishing to the live site.

You can also put a site into preview mode by appending ?devmode=true to the url.

To change a site back to live mode, just append ?devmode=false to the url.I

If you make any design changes to a theme linked to sites in preview mode , these changes will be applied to any sites linked to this theme in development mode. In other words if any CSS, Javascript or image asset changes made to a theme will apply those changes in real time to a site linked to that theme in development mode.

This way you can link a site in development mode and preview changes in real time as you work on the theme
