Streamline Event Management with the Eventsair Smart Connector for Membes AMS

Membes AMS now integrates directly with Eventsair via their new Smart Connector, developed by the Eventsair team. This integration is available to all Membes AMS users.

Why use the Smart Connector?

If you manage events in Eventsair and your membership in Membes, this connector keeps your systems in sync, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.

It ensures event registrations, attendance records, and contact details stay aligned, giving your team more time to focus on what matters most.

What it can do:

  • Sync event registrations from EventsAir into Membes

  • Keep member contact details aligned across both platforms

  • Display Eventsair events on your Membes calendar (optional)

  • Track registration types, payment status, cancellations, and updates

  • Automatically log event registration interactions in member profiles

  • Optionally trigger CPD points from Eventsair attendance

How it works in practice:

  • A member registers for an event in Eventsair — their profile updates automatically in Membes

  • A speaker is manually added in EventsAir — they're registered in Membes with the correct tag and payment status

  • Payment or cancellation changes in EventsAir reflect in Membes in near real-time

  • Already started collecting registrations? No problem — the connector syncs historical data too

First reach out to your Eventsair contact to learn more about the integration.

When you are ready to integrate your Membes AMS with Eventsair, submit a Help Desk ticket requesting the Eventsair integration.

A member of the Membes Support Team will respond via the Help Desk ticket with the required connection details, including your API key.
There are no additional fees or setup costs from Membes.
