Add customised payment instructions to invoices.

Select CMS from the menu at the top of the screen.
In the menu on the left select Manage Pages > Miscellaneous Pagelets.
On the Miscellaneous Pagelets screen click on the arrow to expand the Invoice - Payment Instructions content editor.
Add the relevant payment instructions into the editor and click Save Pagelets.

NOTE: Payment instructions only display when the invoice is pending payment. Once an invoice is marked paid, the payment instructions are replaced with "Payment Received on [date received] - Thank you". |
