From the menu on the left, select Rotating Banner Ads.
Create a new banner set by clicking on the New Banner Set button on right.
Add a name and description for your Banner St and click the Save button.

To edit an existing Banner Set, click the Actions button on the right hand side and select Manage Banners.

To add a new banner to the Banner set click the New Banner button.

Enter the details of the Ad Banner including the Name and URL.
Click Choose File and select the image you wish to upload, the recommended image size is 1000px wide x 100-200px high.
Enter the number of times you wish the banner to appear in the Impressions per Cycle box.
Click Save New Ad Banner.
