Members can view and save a digital membership card to their mobile phone or device via their profile on your website.
First, you need to enable the digital membership card for each Membership Type via the Membership Type configurationConfiguration tab. See Membership Types for instructions.
The member can access their digital membership card by going to their profile on your website, then selecting the Digital Membership Card option in the menu.
When they click on the Open Digital Membership Card button, the membership card image will open in a new tab or window.
The member then follows the instructions on the screen to save the membership card to their device. Instructions are provided for both iOS and Android devices.
